UK delivery is complimentary on every order. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and typically arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. You will receive an email when your order ships, and you can follow it at any time on our order tracking page using your order number and email address.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international orders, write to us first — small-batch tea deserves a plan, not an apology.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Because tea is a foodstuff, we can only accept returns of unopened caddies and gift boxes with their seals intact.
To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email quoting your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we make it right, at our cost, without drama.
If anything arrives less than perfect, email us within 48 hours with a photograph and your order number. We will replace or refund it — your choice.
