Infusions
01

Warm the pot properly — this leaf is dense and gives its best at full temperature.

02

Measure four grams of leaf per 200ml. A generous hand rewards you here.

03

Use water close to a full boil, around 95°C, to draw out the depth and sweetness fully.

04

Steep four minutes for the first cup. A second infusion, slightly longer, is rich and rewarding.

How It's Made

Five deliberate steps

01
Selection
Golden tips chosen one by one at peak season.
02
Withering
A full day on bamboo trays, until the leaf turns supple.
03
Rolling
Rolled fully, to open the leaf for complete oxidation.
04
Oxidation
Carried through fully, under close watch, for depth and colour.
05
Firing
Finished slowly, then hand-packed into the gift box.

The Origin

At the peak of the season, when the tips turn gold, our pickers choose only the very best of the garden.

Golden Harvest is our most generous tea — fully oxidised, deep in colour, honeyed in the cup. Every tip is selected by hand at the height of the season, then carried through a full, careful oxidation to bring out its warmth and depth.

Presented in a hand-finished gift box, it is built to be given as much as brewed. Certified organic, single-origin, and finished at our own factory — no middlemen, only the mountain and the hands that tend it.
