These terms apply when you buy from us. They are short, fair, and written to be read. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Mt. Peak is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us by replying to any email we have sent you.
You must be 18 or over to place an order or create an account. You can check out as a guest or with an account — the terms are the same either way.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: UK delivery is complimentary and there are no hidden fees. If you are ordering for delivery outside the UK, contact us first — we will agree any delivery cost with you before anything is charged.
Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. Until card payment is live, orders may be recorded as reservations and a payment link will follow by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — a harvest sells out, say — we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid in full.
See our Refund Policy and Delivery & Returns, which form part of these terms.
One code per order. Codes have no cash value, may be limited in number or time, and may be withdrawn — but never after you have used them on an accepted order.
Only customers who bought the tea can review it, and only from their own account after the order. We publish reviews in full whether good or bad, we never pay for, edit or write reviews ourselves, and we only remove a review if it is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the product.
Tea is a natural, seasonal product, so leaf and liquor vary a little from batch to batch within the character described. Product photographs are representative of what you receive.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The Mt. Peak name and logo belong to Mt. Peak. Our typefaces, Cormorant Garamond and Jost, are used under the SIL Open Font License.
If something goes wrong, please talk to us first — we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
